SERVICE

• MyPhotos reserves the right to creatively lead in the execution of the order. The designs are based on the graphic artist?s own interpretation and discretion.
• MyPhotos reserves the right to reject any service request or submission if deemed offensive, defamatory, obscene or in violation of trademark or copyright laws.

ORDER and SHIPPING

• After placing orders online, an acknowledgment letter will be sent to your email. As an incentive, you will automatically become a member of our mailing list, thus, entitling you to receive MyPhotos news, events, promos, discounts, etc.
• MyPhotos shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of products during the shipping stage as it is being handled by our official courier. Orders outside Metro Manila are subject to shipping charges. Orders during weekends and holidays should allow reasonable extension of the usual delivery time. If the order is urgent, MyPhotos should be notified right away so we can give our best effort to have the orders delivered on time. Also, we would like to make clear that ALL URGENT ORDERS HAS 30% RUSH FEE.
• We strongly encourage you to review your order before submitting to us. Images and information uploaded to us are considered final and ready-to-print. MyPhotos is not responsible for any error committed by the customer during the ordering process.
• Ordering in MyPhotos would take weeks before delivered to you. For MyPhotobook, MyComicbook and MyCanvas, the working time is 7-10 days excluding weekends and holidays. For MyFigurine, it would take 3 to 4 weeks as it involves manual sculpture of the ordered figurine. The outcome for MyFigurine is based on the submitted photos, and since they are hand-crafted caricatures, the resemblance is likely around 70%.

MERCHANDISE WARRANTY and RETURN POLICY

• It is our pride to serve our customers 100% satisfaction. If in case of merchandise discontent, a customer is entitled to return his order within 3 days after receiving the product. All merchandise warranty is subject to our return policy standards, which we evaluate the dissatisfaction in either design or production. If it is valid, we replace, revise, or reprint the order. These are some of the valid reasons:

• Poor binding ? pages are falling off.
• Poor print quality ? page misprints.
• Wrong image-cropping ? photo is cut incorrectly.
• Typographical error (unless text is supplied by the customer as indicated in the job order form.)
• Print stains ? major color correction printed on certain portion of the page.
